Investing in the Tri City Mortgage Investment Fund

Units in the Tri City Mortgage Investment Fund can be purchased directly through Tri City Mortgage Fund Ltd., and can be held inside or outside a registered plan, including RRSPs, RRIFs, RESPs, and TFSAs. Investments from other existing registered plans can also be transferred into the Fund.

Minimum contribution

Units are sold in increments of 10 units at $1,000 per unit. We accept bank drafts and certified cheques.

Distributions

Investors can choose to receive regular distributions, or reinvest them into the fund under a dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP). Distributions outside of a registered plan are received as interest income. T-5 forms are issued in February of each year.

Redemptions

Partner investors may redeem their units in whole or in part subject to the terms and conditions in the Offering Memorandum.

Management fee

The management fee is 1.25% per annum.
